By accessing or using the services provided by Trendwise Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services

Trendwise Media provides social media marketing, content creation, paid advertising management, AI website building, and related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

Payment

Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each billing cycle. One-time services require a deposit before work begins with the balance due upon completion. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and any assets or information needed to complete the work. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them. Trendwise Media retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Trendwise Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
