Cancellation & Refund Policy
Overview
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Trendwise Media, including monthly retainer packages and one-time project services. We aim to be transparent and fair — please read carefully before purchasing.
Monthly Retainer Cancellation — 30-Day Notice Required
⚠️ Important: All monthly retainer services (Starter, Growth, and Elite packages) require a minimum 30-day written notice to cancel. Your subscription will continue — and you will be billed — through the end of that 30-day period. No exceptions.
To initiate a cancellation, email maliquewright@bytrendwise.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request — [Your Business Name]”. The 30-day period begins on the date your email is received and confirmed.
Example: If you send a cancellation request on July 10, your service and billing continue through August 9.
Cancellations made after a billing cycle has started do not entitle the client to a prorated refund for that cycle.
One-Time Project Cancellations
- Before work begins: Deposit refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.
- After work has begun: Deposit is non-refundable. You will be billed for work completed to date.
- After delivery: Full project fee is due and non-refundable once a deliverable is submitted for review.
Refund Policy
Trendwise Media operates a no-refund policy for services rendered. All sales are final once services have been delivered or a billing cycle has been charged. This includes monthly retainer fees already billed, one-time project fees once work has commenced, and advertising spend managed on behalf of the client.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the event of a documented failure to deliver contracted services due to error on our part. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Service Pause Requests
Service pauses of up to 30 days may be accommodated at our discretion and do not affect your billing cycle. Pauses do not exempt clients from the 30-day cancellation notice requirement. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action to recover fees owed.

- Include your full name, business name, and the service(s) you wish to cancel
- Allow up to 2 business days for written confirmation
Cancellation requests made via social media, text, or phone are not accepted. Written email only.
